The Material Control System (MCS) is mainly responsible for assigning material transport routes, managing storage equipment in the manufacturing plant, and issuing transport commands following the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Our MCS provide real-time monitoring of wafer cassette. We display the status of all foups and transfer them to the target location in the shortest path. Make sure we can do the most with the least amount of time.
